The documentation is not available as an html file. The documentation is written in LaTeX and comes with the full distribution of traj. It is licensed under the GNU Public Documentation License so you can make any changes that you like and can customize it for your own needs. A copy of the documentation in pdf form is available. A pdf reader from Adobe is availabe. If you prefer free software xpdf is also available.

We apologize for not having html versions of the documentation available. We hope to make the documentation available in an html version in the future. In the meantime please make use of the pdf version of the manual.
